






Aberfeldy and the surrounding area has so many attractions, with dramatic landscapes and outstanding natural beauty, offering great opportunities for a wide variety of outdoor and cultural activities.
The River Tay is some 100 metres from the front door of the accommodation offering world class fishing, rafting and kayaking, whilst boating is available at nearby Loch Tay. The surrounding area is a paradise for walkers of all abilities, ranging from easy riverside walks to classic “Munros” such as Ben Lawers and Schiehallion. Also, the area boasts numerous off-road mountain bike trails for all abilities as well as unlimited on-road biking opportunities
Aberfeldy’s amenities include the Birks of Aberfeldy, made famous by Robert Burns, an 18 hole golf course, tennis courts and bowling green, whilst the Pitlochry Festival Theatre, only 30 minutes away by car, offers plays and concerts all year round.
Other attractions include the Dewars Distillery on the edge of the town and the famous Watermill bookshop. The town has a well equipped leisure centre, with squash courts, gym and a 25m swimming pool, and several interesting shops.
